Prize Eligibility Criteria and Terms

Anyone may engage, share and participate in the giveaway, however ONLY New Zealand residents are eligible to win the prize pack.
​Should the winner be outside the local surrounding area's of Āhua Studio, we will organise shipping to you.

• You must be willing to provide us with your full name, mailing address and any other information required to get the prize to you if you are the winner.

• Āhua Studio accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.

• Winner’s are chosen at random and at Āhua Studio's discretion. Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• The winner has 48 hours (unless stated otherwise) to respond via direct messaging. If we have not heard from the winner within 48 hours we may select another winner, or forfeit the prize.

• We are not responsible for any missed messages if you do not respond within the required time frame.

• Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

• Āhua Studio is not liable for any injury, costs incurred or damages related to the use of the prize by the winner.

• Āhua Studio reserves the right to change these rules at any time.

• Āhua Studio accepts no responsibility for prizes lost, misplaced or otherwise not delivered to a winner. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
